The 2,550-square-foot brick house at 20 Grace Court Alley closed on Friday for $2,995,000, about 9 percent less than the original asking price but about 9 percent more than the average widget appraisal of $2,758,887. It doesn’t get much more charming than this.

  1. Benson,
    I wonder how many of those in PS who refrain from sweeping the leaves in front of their homes do so for aesthetic reasons. Maybe they enjoy fallen leaves, which look particularly lovely at the foot of those august PS brownstones. They feel nice underneath your feet, too. And they make the neighborhood feel rural.

  2. Leave it to the frownstoners to trash talk someone about which they know NOTHING!

    God you people are bitchy.

    Rob;

    I live right across from Byrne Park, and I hope that you are not one of the people who have the same attitude when it comes to their dog’s “deposit”.

    Yes, there are places far more civilized than NYC. I’m sure Seattle is one of them and Center City, Philadelphia is another.
