Women and Children’s Boutique Opening on the Ground Floor of 4545 Center Boulevard

A new women and children’s boutique, mimi&mo, just signed a long-term, 1,239-square-foot lease on the ground floor of LIC rental 4545 Center Boulevard. According to a press release, “The chic retail store, designed by award-winning architecture and design firm Slade Architecture, will open on the waterfront thoroughfare in early April and has plans to launch an e-commerce website.” The store will carry brands like Equipment, Smythe, Current Elliott, Frye and Small Frye, Happy Socks, Nununu, and Mini Rodini for women and children under six. As for 4545 Center Boulevard, the building fully leased up last month.
