Wanted to Post Some Feedback for a Roofer we Used Recently...
We recently purchased a brownstone and, not surprisingly, have a lot of wrok to be done. For the jobs I am choosing to leave to the professionals I like to share my experience with them (good or bad) in hopes that it helps others on this forum as I have received good help from other’s posts and experiences. Hope this reco for a roofer is helpful, if any of you would like more information on the job you may give me your email and I will gladly contact you. **_Premier Roofing Recommendation:_** _We just had a new roof installed over the existing one on our brownstone by Premier Roofing. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, it was a true pleasure working with Anthony and Fred. Their traditional work ethic brings a level of professionalism and pride that, sadly, is lost in many businesses today. Anthony and Fred do not treat their work merely as a business but more accurately as a craft. The level of care and expertise throughout the process is evident in the final product. Anthony answered all questions thoroughly, walked us step-by-step through the process of their plan and delivered exactly what he described. I am confident that I have a new roof that will last beyond the warranty. If you have a brownstone roof that you are considering to have work done on, I cannot urge you enough to at least let these guys look at it…it is what they know._

I also highly recommend Premier. We used them to repair a roof in 2006, and in the most recent heavy rains had them come back to re-seal around skylights. They came right away, checked any worn spots and repaired them honoring their warranty completely. Their crews were always professional and courteous.

I had the opposite experience with them. They would not stand by their repair work and were shockingly obnoxious about it. So, I would be careful using them for repairs but maybe a new roof is a different story b/c they can’t avoid their contractual obligation to honor the warranty.
