Unusual radiator bleed valve type

I’ve got a bleed valve on one radiator in the house (hot water heat) that started leaking this morning and outright failed today. Turns out it has a few thins washers on a peg which extends out from the threads, and holds the washers against the side of the radiator, inside of a kind of coupling with holes all around it. A little rushed to attach an image but I can’t find a replacement at any of the usual spots. The washers have totally dissolved, and they don’t seem to be a standard size This sound familiar to anyone? What do I call it, where do I find it, and what can I do to hold the plug for the night? The radiators only have a shutoff on the intake side, so shutting that off doesn’t stop the flow of water, it seems. UPDATE: Ignore this. I realized a part of the bleed valve was so old it had fused to the radiator, and I had taken the valve apart thinking the top part was the whole thing. Still, bad washers in the valve, but a little extra elbow grease got the whole thing off, now a standard valve fits in just fine. Thanks for reading.

There’s a big difference from ” helping out on the forum” and helping yourself out to the forum. Posting on every question with your business card comes off really desperate .
