starlings nesting on cornice

Can anybody recommend a service or experienced person to bird proof our cornice? We’ve had netting placed for many years, finally had it removed and have repainted and bird proofed the cornice, but the starlings are back, and undeterred by the spikes. It’s really only one corner of our cornice which needs attention. Thanks!
