Selling Granite Countertops?

Has anyone had luck selling your granite countertops in advance of a kitchen reno? We have a really huge kitchen island countertop as well as a standard “L” shaped countertop where our sink, stove, etc is. We’re getting new countertops and I’m trying to figure out if selling is an option. Thanks, Elyse
