Roofer Experience

I am considering using Premier Roofing to replace my roof. Has anyone used them and if so, were you happy with their work? Thanks!

We called Premier several years ago, when we had an old roof and a leak but not quite enough money to replace the roof at the time. They were fantastic. The guy looked the roof over and confirmed that we needed a new one asap. They fixed the leak for free on the honor system since we told them that we’d come back to them for the new roof. Several months later they did the roof for a fair price, and we’ve had no problems since.

I used Premier 4 years ago. New roof, replaced 3 skylights and rear gutter. Felt like I got a fair price and they have a 10-year guarantee. No leaks so far. I got 2 other bids from Brownstoner advertisers and it helped my decision too.

Wish there were a way to eliminate shilling from this site.  Man, the OP asked about a specific roofer, not for recommendations of other roofers.   We used Premier for our PS brownstone approximately 4 years ago.  They did a fine job.  During recent heavy rains, we became concerned about the integrity of our drains and downspouts (which Premier had nothing to do with) and we called them.  They told me how busy they were, but never called me back.  Neither did another trusted roofer recommended by many in this forum.  Guess everyone was too busy for my money.
