Need a new skylight for a roof

Hello, We need a new skylight for a roof and also a new roof. Can somebody advise me a professional roofer. I have heard very mixed reviews on Premier. Anybody else reliable? Thanks !!

We just got a quote from Premier for our brownstone – came in at $20k for a new flat roof, which seems quite high to me. The other quote we got was only $5k, though I think that one was too low and had no guarantee. I’m looking for other contractors as well. Planning on speaking with: Roofmaster, Luxury Construction, Leakmaster, CRJ Improvement, Tribeca Contracting (though they don’t seem to be returning calls, which is annoying). Anyone else I should be talking to?

Fred at Premier is the man. He did a large commercial roofing job for us a few weeks ago and the service and quality of work were both excellent. I’d use Premier aqain in second. They were great.

We had a new roof installed over the existing on our brownstone we recently purchased. We had Premier do the work after acquiring three estimates. All three came back with similar recommendations and numbers. We chose Premier based on the time they spent with us going over our situation, timely and thorough responses to our questions, and their scope included additional solutions and work for the same amount of money as the others. The work included a new roof over existing, two new sky lights, a new roof hatch, a new roof over the rear mud room, and new gutters and leaders. We are very pleased and would use them again. Anthony and Fred are brothers and are the two contacts we dealt with during this job.

Premier installed two skylights for my client over and near my renovated bathroom. Fred C. did everything he said he would do and more. He recommended still more work, but my client said no. Later, it turned out his recommendations could have saved my client money in the long run. I would rather my clients not have tricky skylights over my work, but if I need a roofer again, I will call Fred.
