Heat Pump Efficiency -- Winter 2014/15

The topic of Heat Pump installation and efficiency in the NYC area has been discussed a lot on these boards… I was wondering if those board-members who have installed heat pumps in their buildings could comment on how they worked during this especially cold winter? Make and model numbers would be useful or at least BTU output of the units installed. Thanks.

Mitsubishi h2i here, working percectly. But it’s probably cheaper to heat with gas when it’s 20 degrees outside.
