good looking supply and return air grille ?

I am looking for some nice grilles, but I come across the same cheap industrial looking ones. Any tips where I could find something a bit more special?

I’m seconding Architectural Grille for the look – their stuff really is fantastic and far less expensive than we thought it would be – but their sales guy Tom is, well, a jerk. He clearly doesn’t like dealing with lay-people and we’ve had several annoying items resulting from his lack of interest assisting us. A few things if you decide to use them: 1\. Make sure you clarify with them whether or not you will want visible screws to allow you to remove the grillwork as needed. He never told us that this was something one might or might not want (we of course wanted the option of being able to remove the grills without damaging the walls) and they arrived without screw holes. 2\. Make sure that if you need a damper for any of the outputs that you discuss with them this requirement. We didn’t realize that bedroom outputs should have dampers, and this was never offered. We were therefore stuck with outputs that can’t be adjusted at all and needed to replace them with standard outlets (after having spent extra money for something more attractive that matches the rest of our grill work). 3\. Very important – clarify with the return air exactly the filter you plan to use, and even after doing that, make sure you check that the filter fits easily inside before you pay for final delivery. We provided the filter and it still is a total pain to get in without bunching it up, thanks to Tom. I suspect he ordered it to be the same size as the filter, not giving any room around it, so it has to be scrunched in and is clearly visible from the outside. Not the most attractive finished look on one of our grills, which has more fretwork than the others. So, if you go in prepared with information, I do recommend. Another alternative is a website called Signature Hardware. They had beautiful stuff, too, at a similar cost.
