Does this sound like a reasonable estimate for a roof?

A new rubber roof on my brownstone, 20′ x 50′, plus sealing and painting of the parapet wall, and some minor repair work on two chimneys. Double layers will be put down on the two ends. He says it will take 16-18 rolls. 15 year warranty labor and materials. $6800\. Roman Roofing (member of BBB). The current roof is not rubber and is nine years old. The guy said it’s a cheap roof and could have been expected to last only 5-7 years. It’s now 9 years old.
I had a previous estimate. That guy said the roof is still ok and said that only repairs to parapet and one chimney was necessary.
I know I should get another estimate, but just wondering if $6800 sounds reasonable.

Since nobody has offered an opinion, $6.80 psf sounds high to me. Are they going to secure the flashing onto the parapet walls (if you have them) or just bend the rubber and melt it on the parapets?

If you want you can call this company, and they are very reasonable. call them at 718-669-8305\. and ask for Millad or Islam they are very nice. they did my roof 2 years ago and did u wonderful job.
