Renovation Costs

Hi, does anyone know what the cost per square foot range is for gut renovations in New York City given recent inflation and supply chain issues? This would be for townhouse/brownstone renovations in Brooklyn.

Right now it’s hovering around $350 to $550 per SF depending on what finishes are selected by the owners. We selected All Renovation Construction as our GC due to the fact they submitted an itemized detailed estimate which truly allowed me to make an intelligent decision on our brownstone gut renovation project.
