Hi I was wondering if anyone could recommend either a GC who would undertake a small project like this or a handier handyman. We are installing a washer/dryer in the rental unit above us and it will be 2 floors above where ours is currently so the venting will be easy (there’s a vent that runs through the house to the roof). The electrics are trickier but not insurmountable thanks

i’d try a plumber and an electrician, then hire a handyman to close up the walls.
