Hi there – I am in the process of (fingers crossed) closing on a townhouse property that will undergo a major gut rehab. I am in need of builders risk/hazard insurance. I have one quote ($5K) already but looking for additional quotes. Has someone recently taken out this type of insurance and have any insurance compan/broker recommendations? Thank you. -Sevil
