Mine had one. It’s a great way to turn a 6” pipe into a 4” pipe. It’ll get smaller when the roots make their way in too. I can’t believe people actually do this.

Why is that Steve? I’ve never heard of a sewer liner, but it seems like it could be an economical fix.
