Water and Sewer Service Line Protection

My main drain has been backing up for a few days now. Its been overflowing and slowly draining. I’m currently enrolled in the water and sewer service line protection. I am not sure how to handle this situation. Should I call them directly and have them inspect the line? I don’t want to call a plumber to inspect the main and therefore disqualify me from any coverage. What are the best practices for filing a claim?

i would def call the company directly and ask asap 877-320-4617. Many of us have the same concerns and would like to know what you find out. Please report back if you get the chance, thanks!
