To replace lead water line and cut concrete tree bad in front of the house

you might want to rethink putting a treebed directly in line with your water and sewer mains. the city’s design guidelines for street trees recommend the following:
“Minimum horizontal distance from DEP water main to tree trunk is 6 feet.”

Y’all, We live in Bayridge. We have a lead waterline comming from the street into the house. So I want two things: (a) replace lead line and (b) cut concrete for a tree bed.
Hope doing two things at once will save some money. Since they will not need to replace all the concrete sidewalk.
Any recomendation of who to call? How many K do I expect to pay?

On the side note, I was paying for American Water insurance of the water line for the past 10 years. Would they help me with the replacement if I ask them nicely? Should I do an inspection of the waste line and hope that inspection will uncover something I can call the insurance up on and ask them to replace both waste and water lines. And while on it – leave the tree bed?
