Water temperature on a boiler (gas)

I have a Burnham Alpine set to 180 and a 50 gallon domestic water storage tank set to a lower temp (cant remember)

Or you can vary it depending on the season.  From 170 in the warmer parts of the heating season to 185 in the coldest.  There are devices that do this automatically and continuously depending on the outside temperature.
