PTAC servicing?

need to put up the brand and model so somebody will see the style to service as in heat pump… slide out cooling only…water cooled…. air cooled.then are you doing at least fiters on the units do you have pets and rugs the fan squirrel cages collect all that is airborne and kills the unit
