Greetings all, I have a neighbor who owns the building next door. They purchased the building a few years ago after the owner at that time renovated. During that renovation they installed an air conditioning system, tying into the xisting shaftways used for heat. It woukld appear that they did not line the shafts with insulated ductwork, as is customary, to feed cool air into the house from the compressor on the roof and air handler in the basement (right near the boiler) we now have damage to our walls, due to condensation that has formed from cool air settling on hot brick within our party wall. We have mold, and drips all summer for a few summer now. Need to do something about this. Our neighbors are good folks and they bought into this unknowingly so I am looking to work together to remediate. Need a third party to put together a summary of conditions and formulate a process to fix.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Thanks, Josh
