If they removed your weight bearing wall, your house would have collapsed. The fact that it hasn’t should tell you they haven’t done this.

I don’t see anything on the surface, but lets say they go to re-brick and all of a sudden weaknesses appear on my side once bricks, stoops are removed. What would it cost my from basement to roof party wall?
