I want to hire an electrician to inspect a recently bought 2 BR apartment.  It’s had some electrical problems and I want to get an overview of what else may lie in store. I’d like them to give me a written report, and was thinking of listing all the outlets and fixtures (there aren’t really that many);  what rating each outlet has; what circuit it is on; and any short term or long term repairs that are recommended.   They would also look at the circuit breaker box.  Is there anything else I’m not thinking of?  Thanks.
