Any good references for someone who can fix appliances; also for good electrician?

Accurate Appliance Repair in Bensonhurst.  Have used them for decades-family run business. (718) 236-7718. Albeit, I haven’t used them in quite a while -probably because their repairs are so good.

We have some tenants who have proceeded to break everything in the apartment in the last year including the stove, washer AND dryer, and microwave (twice!).  We think that the fridge and dishwasher are next.  Some of the stuff is still under manufacturer warranty; others are not.  Has anyone in the brownstoner community had any luck with particular individuals or services that fix appliances? Also, any opinion as to whether those 5 or 10 year service plans that stores often sell with appliance are worth it?  In the past, we have refused them but now am thinking that I could have saved hundreds if I had purchased them earlier…

Just note that most store service plans do not cover appliances used in rental situations.
