Experience with Upstate Door?

This may not be helpful feedback.  We considered them for our weekend house.  They were very helpful and my architect thought highly of them (he had used them once before).  We needed an impact rated door with tranoms and in the end we just could not justify the cost ($12K) and went with Kolbe since they made all of the other windows and doors.

Has anyone used the company Upstate Door?  Any feedback positive or negative?
