there are a couple places that rent contractor grade tools on 3rd ave around 15th st.

Have never used them but a very small mom/pop place opened on Throop one block off of Fulton with signage that says daily rentals for $25.  Given your moniker, I’m assuming you live in Bed Stuy.

I’ve gone to Total Tool Rental at Nostrand and Myrtle. They seem to have every tool imaginable.

Thank you both! I Will check out the place on throop this weekend. I also called Total Tool and unfortunately, they don’t carry the infrared heater (neither does Home Depot or Lowe’s). I am thinking I may just purchase a heat gun if I can’t rent another locally.

Well there are a lot of resources for paint removal I think you should try online for best paint remover.
