I’m not sure of their hours, but we’ve liked MPH (Martin Plumbing and Heating).   We used Vigilante in a rental (when we were tenants) for a late night emergency and the guy that came didn’t find the problem that the guy from MPH found immediately, costing our LL a wasted $600 and a lot of hours due to his wrong assessment.  I know others that have a high opinion of them, so maybe it just depends on who you get.  They definitely do after-hours calls as a premium.
