Architect recommendation--need work done quickly

My husband and I bought a small brick row house (1951) in Bay Ridge. There are a few projects we would like to have done, including removal of most of the wall between the kitchen and living rooms, with placement of support column; new tubs in 2 bathrooms; expansion of cellar in front to accomodate a skylight; and replaceing two bedroom windows in back with one larger window.. Our rental lease expires at the end of April! Can anyone recommend a responsive, responsible architect, preferably one nearby, who can help us make this happen quickly– and ideally, economically??
