Recommendations for a good realtor in Brooklyn Heights

Can anyone recommend a good selling agent in Brooklyn Heights? My partner and I are thinking of selling our 1BR apt in a co-op in the lower Heights and are totally new to the selling side of the game. Thanks!

Often in a co-op,  there is one broker that handles the majority of the sales in the building. Check the sales history on streeteasy or call your board and ask if one broker has been successful at selling in your building. For instance over at the Turner Towers in Prospect Heights, Susan Breen does a lot of sales there.
