Recommendation for Rental Broker

Hi BStoners, It’s summer rental season and all my graduate students are moving on. I’m not trying to be lazy about finding renters–I’m on an out-of-town assignment for the next year. Highly recommend Jesse Temple of Temple Morrow Group. We used Jesse to rent our top floor apartment this spring, one showing, great tenants, and a $300/month increase in our rental income. He did reference credit and background check and found us great tenants. Took care of all the legal stuff, window bars, lead paint, etc. Important to us to find reliable low key tenants since we share the building. Yes, absolutely: Gabe Leibowitz, AboveGround Realty: http://www.abovegroundrealty.com/agent.asp?idx=1 In the past I have used Craigslist and word of mouth to get tenants, but this time, after the renovation, I was too tired. He was terrific, found me two great tenants and the place was rented in about 8 hours. He took the time to figure out what tenants will be a good fit for our owner-occupied brownstone.
