Does anyone have a good broker recommendation for this area?  Really looking for someone who understands the value properites in the area along columbia street from congress to union….mixed use properties (storefront ground / residential above)….looking at a conversion possibly to a single family, good insight into current values of a few listings, as well as potential future value to a single family conversion…..again, not interested in talking to brokers who “moonlight” in this area…..those with experience only…. thanks!

For long time residents, Manzione was really the only local based broker, and now Victoria has taken it over. Realty Collective is the only shop based there, others know it, like Peter at Hansen on Smith St.
