Yesterday we noticed interior work being done on the two attractive but rundown buildings at 564 and 566 Sterling Place, between Classon and Franklin. Turns out both are undergoing extensive interior renovations and will remain residential. Permits were just issued to fix damaged floors, stairs, doors, partitions, and demolish an illegal extension on the pair….
Yesterday we noticed interior work being done on the two attractive but rundown buildings at 564 and 566 Sterling Place, between Classon and Franklin. Turns out both are undergoing extensive interior renovations and will remain residential. Permits were just issued to fix damaged floors, stairs, doors, partitions, and demolish an illegal extension on the pair. However, so far the DOB hasn’t approved the owner’s bid to divide each building into eight units. Regardless, nice to see these getting some TLC. GMAP
