PI’m sure that part of the reason that so many restaurants have failed in this should be great location is that their rent is relatively high to the amount of business it can attract.

This location has historically had a BUNCH of restaurants, none that I recall as particularly successful. Hard to figure.
that place is a jinx.

The outdoor space was nice.
But hopefully in its next incarnation it can have a nice outdoor space AND edible food!!

This place did a nice brunch and was a nice reminder of getting sloshed on margaritas at the old one in the village.
Never did have dinner at this location.
this is sad, because it had a pleasant outdoor eating area, and even though i didn’t go that often, the fish tacos were always good.
