7th ave does have a large number of really mediocore restaurants, but I think most of them depend on drawing people from outside the neighborhood. They should break the curse on the 7th Ave/3rd Street location by bringing back Minsky’s.
FYI – Fort Greene Bonita gonna be Italian, not a Marlow

Yeah, Rex was o.k. Good burgers & nice sitting on the terrace.
I had a lot of fun at Rex.
IIRC that attractive outdoor space was built when their was a place there called Rex, 20+ years ago.
I thought the outdoor space looked inviting but the interior just looked bad to me so I never had any desire even to try it. I had always wondered why no restaurant ever seemed to make a go long term at that corner.
yeah, i was just tuggin’ on your wig, sorry

Don’t take it so literally Rob. Jesus.
Isn’t your biggest complain about PS usually about all the rich white yuppies strolling around?
Good lord.
I’m usually the first person to comment about the actual diversity of Park Slope compared to what people actually think. But this particular area of PS on 3rd and 7th is indeed extremely affluent. Ever walked up there?
I think this was the place I ended up at after the TVotR concert – seemed more like a bar than a restaurant.
Oh, and Bobby Flay sucks.
