Pete, sounds about right. My friend’s family has been there forever. And Rob, you are right, totally, utterly, moonface proof. Compete lack of cool. Which of course, makes it kind of cool. I like it in a way. I love the port. It is like a special moonscape at night with all the container ships coming in completely lit up. And the main drag, Broadway, has these amazingly retro curved, Art Deco store fronts. It’s the 1950s. My grandfather worked for the Bayway refinery there; my father too for a while. It’s spitting distance from Western S.I.

This is real prioritizing of funds for them.
If they got a westie or a Chihuahua, they could still play dress-up. They are companies that sell little doggie outfits and even nail polish for pups.
I know of the possibility of doing this. There have been surrogates in South Asia (I forget whether Bangladesh or India) for a while; now in Guatemala. I think it’s disgusting but what do I know, now that it’s not so easy to get a baby girl from China? I agree with Biff, with friends like that…
