According to Jewish law, one is genetically Jewish. One can convert to the jewish faith makes your religion judaism by you are still not ethnically Jewish.
This is a friendly reminder that when generalizing about entire nationalities, religions, races, etc., on the OT, please do not use qualifying languages such as:
“I’ve worked with a few Russian-Americans who were complete asshole jerks.”
Here are a few examples of acceptable stereotyping:
