  1. I’m in Brooklyn Heights. Could sublet which is what I’d do if I were planning on staying in this place. But assuming I’m buying and selling, those costs are what they are.

    I’m sort of positive the market too. I could handle a 10% hike

  2. Yes, genetically Jewish. Meaning Jewish by birth but not necessarily practicing Jews. As I understand it, the Russian/Soviet government discriminated against those with Jewish blood, so they were given asylum to immigrate.

  3. I may be moving for a year. I wanted to sell anyway at some point and get a little more space. I should sell now (mid/late 2011) and buy when I come back, right? Solves the stress of trying to buy/sell at same time. But I don’t want to get priced out. Prices won’t jump 20% will they?
