Ringo, then it’s easy decision. sell now. if mkt goes up then econ in theory is much better hence you’re more confident of your own employmt, etc hence more at ease to pay a higher price.

Well, I’ll sell here. Rent in Europe for a year. Then back here (summer/fall 2012) to buy or possibly rent if I don’t find anything to buy.
I think that Brooklyn prices have bottomed, but don’t think that they will appreciate much either. I think about real estate in terms of my own housing needs. I’m covered.
