Actually, with oral sex you do run a high risk of getting gonnorhea and syphilis but there’s an almost zero risk of HIV.
Most of the research suggests that sexually transmitted HIV really needs to happen a few times before it takes hold. Shooting it intravenously with a needle as well. Blood transfusions were a whole different story.
