cobble, I read some of your posts regarding you entertaining the rugrat yesterday. It was very sweet. I’m keeping my eyes open when in CH for you and Better Half, who I always hope to run into. Went to Eton’s Dumplings on Sackett (at Henry) last weekend with one of the champettes. It was really good. Have you tried it?
Dave, I am not much of the oysters and steak tartare fan. I am more of the boring Steak Frites type. Do you think I’ll like Jolie for that?
He’s the main one, Biff. Don’t get me started. Cobble & THL won’t like it.
DIBS, 2 bottles! Sounds yummy, and impressive, and you were able to walk/transport yourself home?
I’d need a stretcher myself! ; )
The Devil’s advocate;

Kens…for all those great pork dishes, no one compares to Les halles.
Stuffed pigs trotters anyone?? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
But Les Halles is that typical VERY noisy Manhattan scene which I don’t like.
DIBS, isn’t “Chinese bf” redundant in your case?

cobble, not connle. ARgggghhhhh
Wine, connle, a nice french bordeaux. 2 bottles that I mostly drank myself (the Chinese bf doesn’t drink a lot).
