Make matzoh brei like french toast. To start, just break the matzoh into little squares, put the pieces into a collander, and pour boiling water over them to soften them up. Then dump the softened matzoh pieces into a bowl with eggs (and milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, whatever is your fancy), just like you would bread for french toast. The whole mixture goes in the pan. Use one egg for each matzoh.
