lunchtime is more fun downtown (at least in the soho area) than in midtown. i could never EVER be asked to have to work in midtown. unless i was working nightshifts, and it would have to be west of 8th avenue.

arkady i was just in the 4/5 train coming back from FiDi watching a video on how ferromagnetic materials work.
it’s so hard to focus on the subway, surrounded like that with the detritus of mankind. i’ll probably watch it again in comfort and quiet on the metro north
i like capital grille – they have good sides and the bar can be fun to hang out at.

Besides, Capital grill is actually for people who “think” they are ballers. The old school ballers go to Harry’s On hanover Sq and the younger ones go to Delmonico’s
Even in Philly, Capital grille gets the out of towners.
