scott, we’ll see if android is that competitive or now via Verizon – ie will android phones still pace them on the unit counts given that iphone is now part of their mix

oooooh, I think I just found the best way to torture jackal. Just nod your head and smile and agree with everything he posts. It’ll drive him nuts because he’ll know your bs’ing him.
Don’t get me wrong . . . I DESPISE Microsoft and resent having to use its products which are also anything but intuitive and user-friendly.
A, I was a kid.
B. But I had to grow up very quickly due to certain family events.
B. I had birthday parties, always at home. With a handful of my friends over, my siblings, my parents, College Bakery birthday cake, ice cream, pink party favor gifts for my friends and paper party hats from the 5 & 10 on Atlantic Avenue with matching paper table cloth, plates and napkins, and I got new shoes and a dress. And a few presents, paltry by today’s standards, but I was happy.
ipad 3 coming out in Nov will force some of the current tablet players out of the mkt.
I think that in the consumer space, Android-driven products by a wide variety of vendors will eat up market share.
It is already happening on phones, and I don’t see that trend slowing down.
I think Apple will still have be a big player, but I see their role shifting to more like it is in the PC space.
