rob, if you’re to move and want to keep rent budget as it’s right now, your ass will have to either share a 3 bdrm with 2 other people or have to move to the ghetto hoods
lease is up end of june for me. eeeks. it’s almost june now. :-/ i dont know if my roommate is renewing or not, i hope he does but i hope the rent doesnt increase too much. im not sure where i’d actually move. im actually not even going to bother to think about it.

I never dissed Brooklyn years ago. i didn’t know it well enough. I knew Queens a bit more and I didn’t have to diss it, it disses itself.
I like Bogota but for the similar dishes, I find it’s better at Mojitos near Navy Yard
I’ve checked out many Queens ‘hoods:
Astoria: no
Jackson Heights: no
Woodside: no
Kew Gardens: no
Rockaways: no
LIC and Maspeth are all that’s left, places with some kind of train access.

Bogota is excellent. I’ve been there several times, always good. The owner is a really nice guy.
if one works in midtown or above, commute from Queens beats most of BK hoods.
“I wonder what would make me kill myself faster, moving to Queens or moving to New Jersey. Unless LIC is cool.”
LIC sucks.
“dh, what do you mean by “people like dave???”
people on the brooklyn bandwagon who were probably dissing it 10 years ago like you were with queens!
