Re “saving” one’s spouse. There is something suffocating about a guy who can’t let a woman “fend” off harmless flirting. Up to a point, it is flattering to her (and you get to be reminded that she is attractive to other guys) There is a line somewhere though and as a couple you know where it is.

Yeah Biff, once you pee on her then everyone who is competing for territory pees on her too. Wife can get pretty testy when that happens.

On the wife/bar question, I’d let her handle it, unless she asked me to do otherwise. I find it sort of entertaining.
