Re: fluids and such, Lorenzutti has the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for our car on his computer and a hard copy in our patient files, and he follows it to a T plus anything else he sees the need to do. Last major scheduled maintenance was at 84,000 miles about a year or so ago. Regular oil, lube etc. done every 3k miles or as close to that as we can schedule.

Denton — in shop back in Dec. or Jan. I think; fluids changed then. 98k miles on car, but we’ve logged a lot of highway miles in the last month or two. I think if you counted, you’d be shocked how few Volvo wagons there are in the Slope. Many more in the river towns near jackal. Many more Subarus. We are old school Subaru drivers, though. We used to have an ’86 GL hatchback, which we donated to the McKee HS auto shop on SI when we bought the current car.
