    The regulations exist. The answer to every corporate scandal isn’t to write a bunch of new rules.

    The system is totally capable of handling this situation appropriately.

  2. I want it to be illegal to make profits by benefitting from insider information. I don’t know the definition of insider trading, but what I do know, is Sokol knew something I didn’t and that makes it unfair. And if he’s allowed to do it, at least let’s get some money to build roads, etc. out of it.

  3. the biggest and most frequent out-right insider trading folks are in congress. They are immune from insider trading restrictions. Now, that’s comical if this insider trading shit generates a panel review in front of those clowns
