Resisted the Royal wedding hoopla, but enjoyed the snips from Morning Joe this am. Hope they’re happy.
DIBS, I listen to bloomberg radio on my morning drives. former SEC commissioner arthur levitt is on often. he’s been mentioning about this with congress and saying it’s a farce. dude is a former SEC commissioner and he’s yapping about that numerous times on bloomberg radio – ie I would tend to believe him
I know very little about the actual facts here. I suspect that disability is pretty uniform here on the OT.
Like I have said, there is a mechanism for a corporation to sue its officers for breaches of fiduciary duty and for stockholders to bring suit if the corporation does not do so.
