I wonder if Biff is a secret writer for Jerry Seinfeld.
For the same reason, Biff, that lobsters are black when in the water, and red after cooking. In other words I don’t know, and neither do I know why sandwich bread is square and baloney is round (your question yesterday). It must have do with the need to put a the square object into the round hole and vice versa. iow, this is a whole lot of baloney. 🙂
rob- I don’t need a medal, thanks. It was enough to catch you out on your education at a NJ public school (supposedly the best in the nation), whereas mine, from a dumbed down NYC school, still seems to have been the better deal.
im always chary of leaving waiters/waitresses more than 15% (i guess 20 is really what are you supposed to?) tip cuz i feel like they are just gonna go out and do drugs with that money! plus waiters and waitresses do nothing but complain all the time, they are like nurses!! ive never ever met one who didnt give me some sorta attitude.

DeLepp/DH, that makes sense. But it’s still not going to stop me from expressing to my waiter my displeasure over my last bonus the next time I go to a restaurant.

DeLepp, have to say the food and service at Keen’s was wonderful when we went, so it’s understandable a waiter would be super-pissed / insulted about getting a horrible tip.

I don’t know if I like waiters who are too nice.
It makes me think that they are passive-aggressive and using my garlic bread as a loofa sponge in the kitchen.
