The commenting system is hosted by disqus- so it’s not an internal system anymore. Supposedly it gives them a lot more features and while I like some of them, I’m not sure it was the way to go.
I thought benson would be all over that NY Times article about preservation being an “unwieldy behemoth.” I wonder if he even saw it. Seems ripe for a benson rant.

I didn’t find much substance in it either. Sounded like a boilerplate toss off. I don’t usually find that to be true of the Times.
