Great question, bx – is this just a “drop shop,†because if the cleaning is done off premises you really shouldn’t hesitate to put in for the full price of the claim.
dona- does he do the drycleaning on premises? Because some drycleaners send out everything to a bulk commercial drycleaner. Their only “personal” service is bagging and labeling. And is he reusing the fluid? Some of them will reuse it to save money but it does awful things to the clothes.
I have posted about this before, but my knowledge of Philly is North Philly around Temple University. I decided to campaign for Obama as things came down to the wire and trudged all over North Philly doing that. Wow. What a sad a crumbling place that is! It is depopulating.
No matter what you say about NY, it is certainly doesn’t have a population problem. There, there are blocks upon blocks of urban wasteland, where maybe half the block is populated, interspersed with empty buildings.
Dibs – oh that’s not too bad – is it because they are 3 stories?
So are there other streets similar that have those cute rowhouses for like $250K?
I ask b/c on HGTV a few months back they featured that style of home in Philly so I was curious if in the same area….
“I am on BH’s insurance, jessi. We are registered “domestic partners”.”
GOTD.
Nothing cute and nice in philly for $250k
And yes, North Philly by temple and further north is awful

“Cobble, you should marry BH and get on his insurance.”
I am on BH’s insurance, jessi. We are registered “domestic partners”. We just celebrated our 3rd anniversary as such earlier this month.

Cool, Montrose. And you should bring your tenant, I have a feeling she’d get a kick out it. Also Mercer Museum would float her boat with all the gears and stuff.
